I have been a client for many years and i love this spa and the quality of treatments i receive. I feel it is almost my second home. I finished my laser hair removal treatments with very good results and i always have facials, manicures and pedicures.

My experience at Ofra's has always been pleasent. I recieved a facial by Ofra a year ago and i have had bad acne since my early teens. I had tried nearly every type of acne product from clearasil to pro-active, the only thing that has cleared it up and kept it clear now for a year is their vitamin c cleanser. That cleanser is seriously magic, and now i go there to get my haircut. Each time im there i feel relaxed and welcome there by their caring staff. Ofra didnt try shoving products down my throat to just get my money, she genuinly cared about my needs and what products my skin could use to benefit ME. I read the 2 reviews below mine and I cannot believe they were at the same spa as me. I have never had a bad experience there, so dont listen to these comments who were probably written by competitors trying to degrade this spa. My mother originally bought me that facial as a gift, after seeing how much i struggled with my acne but i am very happy to have found this place, to know that i never have to deal with my acne cause of her products.

I am also wondering how this place got these good reviews. The facial was not bad but not great either. but MY GOD the owner ofra is one of those people who appear to be nice but is truly cunning. DO NOT buy any kind of packages from her, after she has your money she will not care about you as a customer. Her main goal is profit. Oh by the way, her products are highly overpriced and small in quantity and they do not work well. With that price you can something better from the mall. I am never going back to this.

I am sorry, I don't know where these reviews are coming from, maybe the store owner's family members or something come here to write them. I went to this place after reading the reviews here. But i had a HORRIBLE experience at the salon. Yeah, they seem nice at first, but once you pay for their packages they don't give a sh*t about u as a customer. The store owner, Ofra, is a a very shady lady, she just cares about making money. IF you want real laser hair removal go to a well known reputable place. Take me advice or else you'll regret it. And as for other salon services, the technicians are horrible!! the people who does the eye brows totally do not know what they are doing. Their manicure and pedicure isn't anything more spectacular or something to rave out. The only plus they have is that their place is pretty clean, but thats it. So save yoru money and find a better place if you want good service. And with the prices they charge at this place, I am sure you will be able to find a better place
